Whether you’re having a nonsurgical cosmetic treatment or a surgical cosmetic procedure, there are several convenient ways to finance your experience at the UMass Memorial Cosmetic Surgery Center.
Accepted methods of payment
You can pay for your services by:
- Cash and/or check
- Credit card, either Visa or MasterCard
You can also use any of these payment methods in combination.
Types of financing available
We also offer a financing option that allows you to schedule your cosmetic surgery procedure now, but pay for it over time. To apply for this financing, which is available through Chase Health Advance, you just need to complete a simple application process. Learn more » »

When payments are due
- Payments for cosmetic procedures are due in advance of the day of the procedure.
